摘要:: 目的了解国外互联网医院研究热点和趋势，为我国互联网医院发展提供参考。方法检索Web of Science核心合集数据库收录的建库至2025年6月30日国外互联网医院文献，运用CiteSpace软件对纳入文献进行可视化分析。结果最终纳入500篇文献，发文量总体呈上升趋势。国外互联网医院研究热点为照护、远程医疗、远程健康、数字健康等，研究趋势为数字健康、定性研究、生活质量和技术。结论借鉴国外互联网医院研究热点和趋势，我国应从推进人工智能和大数据等技术在互联网医院中应用，拓宽互联网医院服务范围，拓展远程医疗服务，重视患者体验等方面推动互联网医院发展。

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo investigate research hotspots and trends in international internet hospitals, providing references for the development of internet hospitals in China.MethodsA literature search was conducted in the Web of Science core collection database for international studies on internet hospitals published from database inception to June 30, 2025. Visual analysis of the included literature was performed using CiteSpace software.ResultsA total of 500 studies were included, with an overall upward trend in publication volume. Research hotspots in international internet hospitals focused on care delivery, telemedicine, remote health, and digital health, while emerging trends included digital health, qualitative research, quality of life, and technology.Conclusion Drawing on international research hotspots and trends, China should promote the application of artificial intelligence and big data technologies in internet hospitals, expand service scope, strengthen telemedicine services, and prioritize patient experience to advance internet hospital development.
