摘要:
处方外流成为助推医药分开的重要举措，互联网+医疗的发展以及处方共享信息平台的接入为保障处方外流安全提供了一定技术支撑。从政策、市场、行业梳理了处方外流的发展现状，指出处方外流是破除以药养医、满足慢性病患者长期用药需求等的重要措施，分享了互联网医院处方信息共享平台、连锁药店的处方外流实践及效果，认为医院积极性低、处方药品特殊性导致患者购药积极性不高，医保对接不普遍、诊疗过程安全性和责任认定复杂等是处方外流面临的重要问题，对处方外流进一步发展提供了参考。
Abstract:
Prescription outflow has become an important measure to boost the separation of hospital and medication. The development of Internet plus medical service and the access to prescription sharing information platform also provide certain technical support for undertaking prescription outflow. The status of prescription outflow was reviewed from policy, market, and industry aspects,and it pointed out that the prescription outflow is an important measure to eliminate the need to nourish medicine with medicine and meet the long-term drug demand of patients with chronic diseases.It shared the practice and effect of prescription outflow on the Internet hospital prescription information sharing platform and chain pharmacies. It was considered that the low enthusiasm of the hospital and the particularity of prescription drugs have led to a low enthusiasm for patients to purchase medicines. It was considered that the low enthusiasm of hospitals and the inaccessibility of medical insurance were important problems for the prescription outflow, which provided reference for the further development of prescription outflow.
