摘要:
将互联网高效、便捷、资源共享的优势与罕见病相结合，能充分发挥互联网的优势，打破罕见病的诊治困局。介绍了罕见病治疗面临的困境，并分析了“互联网+医疗”的罕见病诊断方面的发展趋势。虽然当前“互联网+医疗”存在着缺少互联网医疗设备评估标准、管理制度不健全、技术标准不统一、患者隐私权缺乏有效保障等问题，但要破解“互联网+医疗”的瓶颈，还需加大互联网医疗的宣传力度，发挥政策导向作用，规范患者信息资料管理制度等。
Abstract:
The advantages of efficient, convenient, and sharing resources of Internet combining with treatment of rare diseases can take full advantage of the Internet to break the deadlock on treatment of rare diseases. The study described the plight of rare disease treatment faced, and analyzed the development trend of "Internet + medical care" on rare disease diagnosis. Although the current "Internet + medical care" have problems including lack of evaluation criteria on Internet medical equipment, inadequate management system, inconsistent technology standards, lack of effective protection of patient privacy and other issues, to break the bottleneck of "Internet + medical care", the effort to publicize the Internet medical care needs to be strengthened, policy-oriented role should be played, patient information management system should be standardized.
