快速推动互联网医院建设,改善患者就医体验,是时代发展的要求。通过实施看板目视化管理,并加强过程质量控制,使互联网医院门诊服务水平得以提升,提高了门诊运行效率,有效地推动了互联网医院门诊建设
Abstract:
It is the requirement of the development of the times to rapidly promote the construction of Internet hospitals and improve patients' medical experience. Through the implementation of Kanban visual management and the strengthening of process quality control, the level of the outpatient service of the Internet hospital has been improved, the operation efficiency of the outpatient service has been improved, and the construction of the outpatient service of the Internet hospital has been effectively promoted.
