摘要:
目的调查医务人员对长三角卫生健康标准一体化建设的认识，为长三角卫生健康标准一体化建设提供参考。方法设计“长三角卫生健康标准一体化调查问卷”，采用问卷星进行调查。采用Excel 2019软件进行数据统计，运用描述性统计方法进行分析。结果回收有效问卷7 236份，其中6 838名（94.50%）医务人员认为有必要推进长三角卫生健康标准一体化建设。信息化管理（85.90%）、医药卫生体制改革（85.90%）、疾病预防控制（81.11%）等为优先实施领域，重特大突发公共事件应急联动（4.59分）、居民电子健康档案与电子病历互通（4.58分）、对常见病和多发病制定一体化诊疗标准与规范（4.58分）等为优先实施项目。在实施过程中，缺乏专门的统筹和管理部门（87.61%）为主要瓶颈与困难，“统一部门，牵头协调”（86.65%）为主要路径。结论长三角卫生健康标准一体化建设十分必要。相关部门需结合优先实施领域与项目，通过成立工作组织，制定发展规划，建立统一标准，构建协调机制等进行针对性建设。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate medical staff's understanding of the integration of health standards in the Yangtze River Delta in order to provide evidence for the integration of health standards in the Yangtze River Delta.MethodsThe "Yangtze River Delta health standard integration questionnaire" was developed for investigation by online survey through the Questionnaire Star. The data were analyzed using Excel 2019 software and descriptive statistics method.Results7 236 valid questionnaires were collected, among which 6 838 (94.50%) medical staff believed that it was necessary to promote the integration of health standards in the Yangtze River Delta. Information management (85.90%), medical and health system reform (85.90%), and disease prevention and control (81.11%) were priority areas. Emergency response for major public emergencies (4.59 points), communication between residents' electronic health records and electronic medical records (4.58 points), and the formulation of integrated diagnosis and treatment standards and norms for common and frequently occurring diseases (4.58 points) were priority projects. In the implementation process, the lack of specialized coordination and management departments (87.61%) was the main bottleneck, and "unified departments, leading coordination" (86.65%) was the main path.Conclusion It was necessary to build the integration of health standards in Yangtze River Delta. Relevant departments needed to carry out targeted construction by setting up work organizations, formulating development plans, establishing unified standards and building coordination mechanisms based on priority implementation areas and projects.
