摘要:
目的了解眼科专科联盟内医务人员使用信息化云平台的意愿及满意度情况，并探讨其影响因素。方法于2018年10月-12月，采用随机抽样方法，选取156名眼科专科联盟内医务人员进行问卷调查；采用主成分分析法进行多重线性回归分析。结果2016年-2018年，5家医院的各运行指标呈上升趋势。在调查人群里，医务人员使用云平台进行转诊与远程会诊的意愿均较高。医务人员对“促进优质医疗资源合理流动”一项认可度最高，对其影响最大的是“提高医疗水平”。多重线性回归分析结果显示，对主观意愿产生影响的因素为“资源涌动维”“工作过程维”和学历。结论应建立更加有效的转诊医保支付方式及报销政策，完善绩效考核制度，健全培训制度，加大转诊制度宣传力度，提高基层医务人员云平台使用率，从而进一步实现分级诊疗。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo understand the willingness and satisfaction of medical staff to use cloud platform in ophthalmology specialty alliance, and to explore its influencing factors. MethodsFrom October to December, 2018, 156 medical staffs in the ophthalmic specialty alliance were selected by random sampling to conduct a questionnaire survey. We used component analysis to do multiple linear regressionanalysis .ResultsFrom 2016 to 2018, the operating indicators of the five hospitals showed an upper trend. Medical staffs were more willing to use the cloud platform for referral and remote consultation. The staffs had the highest recognition for"promoting the rational flow of quality medical resources", and the most important influence was "improving medical standards". Multiple linear regression results showed that the factors affecting willingness included "resource surging dimension" "working process dimension" and education .Conclusion Through establishing more effective payment methods and reimbursement policies for referral medical insurance, improving performance appraisal system, improving training system, increasing the publicity of referral system, improving the utilization rate of cloud platform for grass-roots medical personnel, so as to achieve graded diagnosis and treatment.
