摘要:
目的了解我国公立医院医务人员对本领域内新兴医疗技术的信息获取情况，为创建适宜的新兴医疗技术水平扫描系统提供决策依据与参考。方法方便抽样选取上海和甘肃兰州10家公立医院，采用自制的医务人员调查表进行匿名调查。结果本次调查实际回收有效问卷837份，结果显示，56.01%的医务人员非常关心或很关心本领域内的新兴医疗技术信息；最关心的信息内容为新技术对患者健康的改善效果、解决未满足的医疗需要的可能性和重要性；“国内学术期刊”“国内学术会议”和“国内同行交流”是最主要的三大信息渠道。仅有28.08%的医务人员认为现有的信息渠道完全或大部分满足自己对新兴医疗技术信息的需求。结论医务人员对新兴医疗技术有较高的信息需求，然而已有的信息渠道尚不能完全满足，建议借鉴国际经验，创建我国的新兴医疗技术水平扫描系统。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate medical personnel’s information acquirement of emerging health technologies (EHT), in order to provide decision basis and reference to establish the proper Horizon Scanning Systems (HSS).MethodsA total of ten public hospitals in Shanghai and Lanzhou of Gansu were selected by using the convenience sampling method. The self-designed anonymous questionnaires survey was carried out among medical staff.ResultsA total of 837 valide questionnaires were received, and 56.01% of the respondents paid very much or good attention to EHT in their field. The information medical staff most concerning about included ameliorative effect of EHT on the patients’ health status, the possibility and importance of solving unmet medical needs. The top three information resources were domestic academic journals, domestic academic conferences, and domestic peer communication. Only 28.08% of the respondents thought that the current information resources could totally meet their need for EHT.ConclusionMedical personnel had a strong information demand for EHT, but the current information resources cannot totally meet their need. International experience is suggested to be taken to establish HSS in China.
