摘要:
目的了解不同年龄、不同岗位医务人员健康状况及影响因素,为制定有效干预措施提供依据。方法采取横断面调查法,应用SPSS 20.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果年轻医务人员、医技和后勤人员健康状况较差,主任医师及职能科室人员健康状况良好。小于25岁年龄组一般健康状况及社会功能是影响其健康的主要因素;躯体疼痛是影响护理人员健康的首要因素;精神健康是影响后勤人员及主治医师健康的因素;精力及情感职能是影响医技人员健康的因素。结论应针对医务人员健康影响因素提出相应措施以提高其健康水平和生存质量,进而提升医疗质量。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the health status and influencing factors of medical staff in different age and different positions, and to provide evidence for formulating effective intervention measures.MethodsThe SF-36 scale was used with cross-sectional investigation, and SPSS 20.0 software was used for data analysis.ResultsThe health status of young medical staff, medical technology and logistics staff were poor, and the chief physician and functional department staff were in good health condition. The general health status and social function of the staff with age below 25 years were the main factors affecting their health. Somatic pain was the primary factor affecting the health of the nurses. Mental health was the major factor affecting the health of the logistics staff and the attending physician. The mental and emotional function were factors affecting the health of medical technicians. ConclusionIt is important to improve the quality of medical care by putting forward the corresponding measures to improve the health level and quality of life of medical staff.
