文章介绍了国际突发公共卫生事件综合监测策略，包括“一体化健康”监测、症状监测、多元监测及数据共享。针对我国综合监测存在问题指出，“一体化、智能化、多元化”的整合发展理念将是未来发展方向。实施策略上，建议建立常态化的综合监测议事机制及平台，加强监测人才技术储备，提升数据共享及预警能力，加大监测硬件和软件投入，鼓励多区域、多部门、多主体间合作交融，以充分应对未来可能发生的突发公共卫生事件。
Abstract:
The comprehensive monitoring strategies for international public health emergencies were introduced, including "integrated health" monitoring, symptom monitoring, multi-monitoring and data sharing. In view of the existing problems in China's comprehensive monitoring, it was pointed out that the integrated development concept of "integration, intelligence and diversification" will be the future development direction. As for the implementation strategy, it was suggested to set up the comprehensive monitoring of the normalized mechanism and platform, strengthen the monitoring personnel technical reserves, improve data sharing and budgeting ability, increase the financial input in monitoring hardware and software, encourage cooperation between departments, regions, and subjects, in order to fully respond to possible public health emergencies in the future
