介绍了我国香港特别行政区卫生防护中心的管理架构，以及建立卫生信息系统、信息监测、紧急应变等的具体做法。建议我国内地地区加强政府对公共卫生事业的支持；明确分工，设立独立监测部门；加强卫生部门间协同；推进国家卫生信息系统建立；制定紧急应变计划等，以提高突发公共卫生事件监测与防控能力

This paper introduced the management structure of the Center for Health Protection in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, as well as the establishment of health information system, information monitoring and emergency response. It was suggested that mainland China should strengthen the government's support for public health undertakings; make clear division of function and establish independent monitoring departments; strengthen health sectors collaboration; promote the establishment of national health information systems; formulate emergency response plans to improve the ability to monitor and control public health emergencies
