Abstract:
Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a degenerative disease of the central nervous system characterized by progressive cognitive impairment and mental behavior disorder. With the progression of AD,the ability of daily living of AD patients are gradually decreased, which brought serious burden to the families. In view of the low ability of daily living in patients with mild to moderate AD, cross-sectional analysis showed that the key points for improvement were poor daily training, nonstandard medication, mental disorder and abnormal behavior. Based on the analysis of causes and the verification of real causes, the countermeasures were formulated in combination with Habilitation nursing model, and the improvement was made in four aspects, including process, health education, training and medication, so that the improvement rate of daily living ability of mild and moderate AD patients increased from 29.41% to 79.2%.It further standardized the nursing process and delayed the progression and improved the living quality of AD patients.
