摘要:
临时病区是针对突发公共卫生事件紧急组建的临时性医疗救治单元，医疗质量控制比日常诊疗工作难度更大。中南大学湘雅医院医疗队参与了武汉协和医院西院区重症新冠肺炎患者的救治工作，探索了一套突发公共卫生事件临时救治病区的管理模式，提出了临时病区的医疗质量控制策略，包含查房、诊疗方案制定、护理、培训、个人防护等五个核心模块，为提高应急诊治能力提供思路与参考。
Abstract:
The temporary ward is a temporary medical treatment unit set up in response to public health emergencies, whose medical quality control is more difficult than the routine diagnosis and treatment.The medical team of Xiangya Hospital, Central South University participated in the rescue of severe patients during the outbreak of COVID-19 in the Western District of Wuhan Union Hospital.A model for the management of temporary wards for public health emergencies was proposed.The model developed a medical quality control strategy that included five core modules, including medical check-ups, medical program development, nursing, specialized training, and occupational protection, which provided ideas and reference for improvement of the ability of emergency diagnosis and treatment.
