摘要:
以上海市静安区中心医院为例，对部分医生展开问卷调查，旨在了解医院分级转诊工作的现状、问题，同时通过与社区卫生服务中心的数据对比，分析引导患者就医选择趋向，提出相关对策：明确机构功能定位，丰富社区联动机制，逐步提升医疗能力，加强信息化建设工作等，为分级转诊工作的深入开展提供了现实依据。
Abstract:
The questionnaire survey was carried out among docyors in the Central Hospital of Jing’an District in Shanghai, which aimed at understanding the status and problems of the grading referral work in hospital. Furthermore, through comparison of the data with the community health service centers, the tendency of patient selection for medical treatment was analyzed to make relevant countermeasures: the clear functional positioning, enhancement of community linkage mechanism, gradually improving medical capabilities, and strengthening information construction work. It provided realistic basis for the development of grading referral work.
