摘要:
构建PEST-SWOT模型，将其应用到医联体工作中。通过分析其优势、劣势、机会与威胁，提出发展战略及对策，即抓住外部机遇，发展自身优势；发挥自身优势，减轻外部压力；利用外部机会，克服自身不足；解决内在问题，回避外部威胁等，为医联体工作的组织开展提供参考依据。
Abstract:
The PEST-SWOT model was developed and applied on the work of regional medical association to provide evidence and reference for its development. its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats were analyzed, and the development strategies and docking were proposed, including seizing external opportunities to develop their own advantages; strengthening their strengths to reduce external pressure; using external opportunities to overcome their own deficiencies; solving the problems inherent in, and avoiding external threats.
