摘要:
分析江苏省2008年-2013年医疗服务分级诊疗的实践程度，发现居民在利用门诊、住院服务时更多的倾向于选择医院而非基层医疗卫生机构，分级诊疗状况不理想。要促进医疗服务分级诊疗模式的建立主要应解决好基层接得住、医院舍得放、政策配得好、居民愿意去这四方面的问题。
Abstract:
The new medical reform enters a crucial stage, and promoting the hierarchical treatment vigorously is the key to advance the health system reform. Analysis on practice of medical service hierarchical treatment in Jiangsu province from 2008 to 2013 was performed, which found that residents in the use of outpatient and inpatient services were more inclined to choose hospital rather than primary health care institutions. Status on hierarchical treatment was not ideal. To promote the establishment of hierarchical treatment mode depends on four aspects, including ability of primary health care institutions, support of hospitals, medical management policy, and residents’ willingness.
