摘要:
目的引入信度和效度对住院患者体验量表进行评价,为量表的设计改进和推广使用提供理论依据。方法采用自行设计的体验式量表进行现场调查,使用SPSS13.0软件对量表的内部一致性、分半信度、结构效度和内容效度进行统计学分析。结果该量表的总体Cronbach’s α系数为0.902,各维度的Cronbach’s α系数均在0.7以上;分半系数为0.729。15个条目与量表总体满意度得分的相关系数均在0.55~0.75之间。结论该量表设计简洁、合理,具有良好的信效度,能够真实反映患者就医体验,可以作为一种有效的满意度测评工具进行推广。
Abstract:
ObjectiveThe reliability and validity assessment method was used for the evaluation of inpatient experience scale to provide theoretical references for the improvement and promotion of the scale.MethodSelf-designed experience scale was used to collect data, and scale internal consistency, split-half reliability, construct validity and content validity were statistically analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software.ResultThe Cronbach’s α coefficient of the scale was 0.902, and the Cronbach’s α coefficient of each dimension was above 0.7. The split-half reliability was 0.729. The correlation coefficients between the score of each of the 15 item and the total satisfaction score were between 0.55 and 0.75.ConclusionThe scale was simple and reasonable with good reliability and validity, and can truly reflect patients’ experience, which can be used as an effective satisfaction assessment tool for promotion.
