摘要:
目的调查北京市三级医院门诊患者就医体验现状,探究门诊患者就医体验对医师信任的影响。方法采用相关量表对北京市8家三级医院437名门诊患者进行调查。采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计学处理。结果北京市三级医院门诊患者就医体验总分为(3.51±0.50)分,医师信任总分为(3.31±0.53)分。回归结果显示,治疗连续性、疼痛管理、信息与教育、亲友参与和情感支持正向影响医师信任仁爱维度;患者尊重和治疗协调性正向影响医师信任技术能力维度(P<0.05)。结论应采取措施提升门诊患者就医体验,重视与患者的人际互动,加
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the Status quo of outpatient experience in tertiary hospitals in Beijing and explore the impact of outpatient experience on trust-in-physician.MethodsThe relevant scales were used for survey among 437 outpatients in 8 tertiary hospitals in Beijing. The SPSS 17.0 was used for statistical analysis.ResultsThe total score of outpatient medical experience in tertiary hospitalsin Beijing was 3.51±0.50, and the total score of physician trust was 3.31±0.53.The regression analysis results showed that treatment continuity, pain management, information and education, involvement of relatives and friends and emotional support positively affected the trust and charity dimension of physicians. Patient respect and treatment coordination positively affected the technical competence dimension of physician trust (P<0.05).Conclusion Measures should be taken to improve outpatients' medical experience, attach importance to interpersonal interaction with patients, and strengthen the continuity and coordination of medical services, so as to enhance patients' trust in doctors and improve doctor-patient relationship.
