摘要:
目的探讨外科手术住院患者对医疗服务体验的评价及影响因素,为进一步改善医疗质量提供参考。方法调查2015年2月-12月外科手术住院患者4 841人,利用多元线性回归分析影响医疗品质的关键因素。结果医疗品质指数为87.74±12.76分,首诊质量、诊疗及时性、知情告知、诊疗水平、医疗价格、治疗效果6个维度中的12个指标是影响医疗品质的重要因素(P<0.05)。结论医院应重视患者体验,树立大医疗质量观,加强知情同意管理,丰富质量管理手段。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the inpatients’ evaluation on medical service and its influencing factors, and to provide reference for further improvement of medical quality. MethodsA total of 4 841 inpatients with surgery were recruited in the study from February to December 2015, and the multiple linear regression analysis was used for analysis of the key factors influencing the medical quality. ResultsThe medical quality was 87.74 ± 12.76 points, and among the six dimensions, including first diagnosis quality, the timeliness of diagnosis and treatment, informed consent, level of diagnosis and treatment, medical price and the therapeutic effect, 12 indicators were the important influencing factors on medical quality (P<0.05). ConclusionHospital should pay attention to patient experience, establish a large medical quality concept, strengthen informed consent management, and enrich the quality management measures.
