摘要:
总结上海市第十人民医院结直肠肿瘤中心化建设经验。在中心化建设过程中，医院整合多学科优势资源，贯彻加速康复外科理念，通过诊疗团队组建、诊疗流程重组、一体化诊疗模式实施等措施，建立了以结直肠肿瘤患者为中心的院前-院中-院后全生命周期管理模式，使结直肠肿瘤患者均次费用降低，平均术前待床日、平均住院日缩短，床位周转率加快，实现了经济与社会效益的双赢，推动了加速康复外科的纵向发展。
Abstract:
To summarize the experience of colorectal tumor centralization construction in Shanghai Tenth People's Hospital. In the process of centralization construction, hospital integrating multidisciplinary advantage resources, implementing the concept of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS), through measures of team foundation, diagnosis and treatment process restructuring, implementation of integrated mode of diagnosis and treatment, a pre-hospital, in-hospital and post-hospital life-cycle management mode centered on colorectal cancer patients had been established. The average cost of colorectal cancer patients was reduced, the average preoperative bed stay and hospital stay were shortened, and the bed turnover rate was accelerated, achieving win-win of economic and social benefits, and promoting the vertical development of ERAS.
