摘要:
借助矩阵式管理策略,建立胸外专业加速康复外科组织管理架构,依据医疗职能形成垂直化管理纵向小组,围绕ERAS关键环节建立扁平化管理横向小组,将纵向小组的专业化与横向小组的目标化紧密融合,形成胸部手术加速康复外科工作方案。在矩阵式管理下,纵隔手术患者手术麻醉时间有效缩短,手术当天下床活动比例、手术当天恢复进食比例、术后24 h出院率均得以提高。矩阵式管理打破了部门间壁垒,提高了ERAS管理效能,为ERAS在胸外专业的推广提供了参考。
Abstract:
By means of matrix management strategy, the organization management structure of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) in thoracic surgery was established. Vertical management teams were formed according to medical functions, and flat horizontal management teams were established around ERAS key links. The specialization of vertical team and the target of horizontal team were closely integrated to form the working plan of ERAS of thoracic surgery. Under matrix management, the anesthesia time of patients undergoing mediastinal surgery was effectively shortened, the proportion of getting out of bed on the day of surgery, the proportion of eating on the day of surgery and the discharge rate 24h after surgery were improved. Matrix management breaks the barriers among departments, improves the management efficiency of ERAS, and provides a reference for the promotion of ERAS in thoracic specialization.
