摘要:
按照课题研究型品管圈活动步骤，针对ERAS理念下机器人手术管理现状、攻坚点进行分析与挖掘，针对性地拟定对策并予以实施，包括多学科协同、信息化建设、团队建设及培训、集束化管理等。手术患者满意度从85.2%提升到 95.4%，手术准备时间有效缩短，手术患者术中压疮发生率、低体温发生率以及机器人手术器械损坏率、系统故障发生率等均有不同程度下降，活动效果显著。
Abstract:
According to the steps of the research-oriented quality control circle, the current situation and key points of robot surgery management under Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) concept were analyzed and excavated, and corresponding countermeasures were proposedand implemented, including multidisciplinary collaboration, information construction, team construction and training, cluster management, etc. The satisfaction of surgical patients increased from 85.2% to 95.4%, the preparation time was effectively shortened, and the incidence of intraoperative pressure ulcers, hypothermia, and the incidence of device damage and system failure in robotic surgery patients all decreased to different degrees，the movement effect is remarkable.
