根据急诊科欠费现状，梳理了救助基金使用存在的问题，包括部门间推诿、核销流程繁琐等。通过完善院内追缴机制，加强信息化管理，简化院内流程，熟悉核销规定，促进高效合作等予以改进，使急诊科医疗欠费情况有所改善。

According to the current situation of payment arrears in the Emergency Department, the problems existing in the use of the rescue fund were sorted out, including the prevarication between departments and the cumbersome verification and write-off process. By improving the recovery mechanism within the hospital, strengthening the information management, simplifying the process within the hospital, getting familiar with the write-off provisions, promoting efficient cooperation and other improvements, the situation of medical arrears in the Emergency Department had been improved.
