推进正颌手术ERAS的实践研究-《中国卫生质量管理》

摘要:: 以患者为中心，提高围术期医疗质量，促进患者安全，是围术期管理的研究热点。通过多科室协作采取综合措施促进患者术后快速康复（ERAS），可有效提高围术期医疗质量。但如何有效开展ERAS，如何践行以患者为中心的理念，是医务人员和医院管理者面临的难题。对于口腔专科医院而言，还面临着推进ERAS相关学科不齐全的困难。通过长期实践探索，开展了“以患者为中心，多科室协作推进正颌ERAS”项目，并取得了良好效果，构建了一个可复制的ERAS推进模型，对开展ERAS的医院尤其对口腔专科医院具有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract:: Taking patients as the center, improving perioperative medical quality and promoting patient safety is a hot research topic in perioperative management.The quality of perioperative medical treatment can be effectively improved by adopting comprehensive measures to promote the enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) through the multidisciplinary collaboration.But how to effectively carry out ERAS, how to practice the idea of taking patients as the center, is a problem for the medical staff and hospital managers.For the specialty hospital of stomatology, it also faces the difficulty of the incomplete related subjects on advancing ERAS. Through long-term practice and exploration, the project of "patient-centered, multi-department collaborative promotion of orthognathic ERAS" was carried out, and good results were obtained. A reproduceable ERAS propulsion model was constructed, which can be used for reference by the hospitals with ERAS, especially the stomatology hospitals.
