摘要:
目的调查某三甲医院妇幼医师依法执业知识知晓情况，为有效开展培训提供依据。方法对该院已获得执业医师资格证书并注册执业的164名妇产科与儿科医师进行依法执业知识调查。结果依法执业知识平均得分为（23.13±2.24）分，总平均知晓率为82.62%。其中，医疗技术、病历书写规范、处方管理、会诊相关知识平均知晓率最高，为84.93%；医师执业基础知识平均知晓率为81.12%；计划生育与母婴保健依法执业知识平均知晓率最低，为80.77%。妇产科与儿科医师之间得分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），不同年龄、不同职称之间得分差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论医院可通过设立“依法执业专员”搭建管理部门与临床科室间的沟通桥梁；通过关口前移、畅通咨询途径，为临床一线医师提供多种形式的依法执业知识培训和查询途径；营造医院依法执业文化氛围，进一步提升培训效果。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the cognition of legally practice knowledge among gynecologist and pediatrician in a tertiary hospital so as to provide evidence for effective training.MethodsA questionnaire survey was conducted among 164 with qualification certificate and registered gynecologist and pediatrician on the knowledge related to legally practice.ResultsThe average knowledge score was 23.13±2.24, the total average awareness rate was 82.62%. Among them, the average awareness rate of medical technology, writing standards of medical records, prescription management and consultation had the highest average awareness rate (84.93%), followed by the average awareness rate of basic practicing knowledge of physicians of 81.12%, and the average awareness rate of legal practicing knowledge of family planning and maternal and child health care was the lowest (80.77%). There was no statistically significant difference on scores between obstetricians, gynecologists and pediatricians (P>0.05), and there was statistically significant difference on scores between different ages and different professional titles (P<0.01). Conclusion The hospital can build a bridge of communication between the management department and the clinic by setting up "legally practice specialist", provide various forms of training and inquiry channels for front-line clinical doctors by moving forward and unimpeded consultation way, create a legally practice culture atmosphere in the hospital to further improve the training effect.
