摘要:
目的调查医务人员对国家三级公立医院绩效考核政策的认同度及其影响因素。方法采用多阶段随机抽样法,从我国东部、中部、西部3个地区各随机抽取一个省级行政区,再从每个省级行政区分别随机选取绩效考核等级为“优秀”“良好”“一般”的各一家三级公立医院进行政策认同度研究。采用SPSS 23.0软件对数据进行统计学描述、主成分分析和多因素线性回归分析。结果共纳入13 211份问卷。超过80%的医务人员对国考政策各维度表示认同;年龄、最高学历、从事专业类别、有无行政管理职务、地区和医院绩效考核等级是影响医务人员政策总体认同度的因素。结论医务人员对国考各维度的政策总体认同度较好,但对“医务人员满意度”维度的政策认同度有待提升。建议关注重点人群诉求,重视政策实施方式的科学性,进一步提高医务人员对国考政策的认同度。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the level of recognition of medical staff on the performance appraisal policy of tertiary public hospitals and its influencing factors. MethodsThe multi-stage sampling method was adopted to randomly select one provincial administrative region from each of the eastern, western and central regions, and then to randomly select a tertiary public hospital with each of the "excellent", "good" and "general" performance appraisal grades from each provincial administrative region to conduct the identification degree study. SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical description, principal component analysis and multifactor linear regression analysis.ResultsA total of 13 211 questionnaires were included. More than 80% of the medical staff agreed with all dimensions of the national examination policy. Age, highest education level, post type, administrative position, hospital location and hospital performance assessment level were the factors for the overall recognition degree of medical staff policy. Conclusion The policy identity of medical staff was generally good, but the medical staff's satisfaction dimension needed to be improved in future. It was suggested to pay attention to the demands of key groups, pay attention to the scientific implementation of the policy, and further improve the recognition degree of medical staff to the national examination policy.
