摘要:: 目的降低放疗患者Ⅱ～Ⅳ级放射性皮肤损伤发生率，提升护理质量，确保患者安全。方法成立品管圈团队，遵循PDCA循环理念，围绕放疗患者Ⅱ～Ⅳ级放射性皮肤损伤发生率高的问题，通过现状查检与原因解析，结合循证依据与临床实际，拟定并实施3项对策：（1）建立多学科协同+智能预警的全周期防护屏障；（2）实施循证护理+中西医融合的精准干预措施；（3）采用叙事护理+信息化延续服务提升患者自我照护依从性。结果放疗患者Ⅱ～Ⅳ级放射性皮肤损伤发生率由47.22%降低至15.38%。结论通过开展品管圈活动，能够有效降低放疗患者Ⅱ～Ⅳ级放射性皮肤损伤发生率，改善患者结局。

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo reduce the incidence of grade II to IV radiation-induced skin injuries in radiotherapy patients, improve nursing quality, and ensure patient safety.MethodsA quality control circle team was established, adhering to the PDCA cycle concept. Focusing on the high incidence of grade II to IV radiation-induced skin injuries in radiotherapy patients, the team conducted a current situation assessment and cause analysis. Based on evidence-based practice and clinical realities, three countermeasures were formulated and implemented:establishing a whole-cycle protective barrier through multidisciplinary collaboration and intelligent early warning;implementing precise intervention measures combining evidence-based nursing with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine;enhancing patient self-care compliance through narrative nursing and information-based extended services.ResultsThe incidence of grade II to IV radiation-induced skin injuries in radiotherapy patients decreased from 47.22% to 15.38%.Conclusion Through the implementation of quality control circle activities, the incidence of grade II to IV radiation-induced skin injuries in radiotherapy patients can be effectively reduced, leading to improved patient outcomes.
