目的降低门诊药房6S管理缺失率，提高门诊药房现场管理水平。方法开展品管圈活动，针对6S管理缺失展开原因解析，选定7条真因，广泛拟定对策，从智能化管理、提高工作效率、统一调配3方面改进。结果门诊药房6S管理缺失率从34.3%降低至13.6%，提高了门诊药房现场管理水平，提升了圈员综合素养。结论品管圈作为有效的质量改进方法，可应用于药剂科质量管理工作中。

ObjectiveTo reduce the missing rate of 6S management in outpatient pharmacy and improve the on-site management level.MethodsTo carry out the quality control circle activities and analyze the reasons for the lack of 6S management. Seven true causes were selected, and countermeasures were comprehensively formulated to improve from the aspects of intelligent management, improving work efficiency and unified deployment.ResultsThe missing rate of 6S management in outpatient pharmacy decreased from 34.3% to 13.6%, which improved the management level of outpatient pharmacy and improved the comprehensive literacy of the particpants.Conclusion As an effective quality improvement method, quality control circle can be applied to the quality management of pharmacy.
