摘要:: 构建社区医院门诊药房工作质量标准体系，制定调剂岗位要求和质量标准。针对执行标准过程中不达标问题提出标化工作量和质量考核、延处方用药智能化管理等改进措施，以不断提高社区医院门诊药房质量管理水平。

Abstract:: To establish the quality standard system in outpatient pharmacy in community hospital, and develop job adjustment requirements and quality standards. In order to improve the quality management level of outpatient pharmacy in community hospital, the paper put forward the measures to improve the quality of outpatient pharmacy in community hospitals by standardizing the workload and quality assessment, and improving the intelligent management of prescription drugs.
