摘要:
目的通过梳理甘肃省健康扶贫政策，积极探索健康扶贫工作的新模式，研究健康扶贫大数据的合理应用，助推甘肃省健康扶贫政策落地。方法采用分布式内存计算框架spark 进行统计分析，使用spark mllib 完成数据挖掘分析。结果甘肃省依托健康扶贫大数据平台实现了因病致贫人员的精准识别，实现了对因病致贫人员的初步预警，并建立了健康压力和贫困压力的评估体系。结论甘肃省优化了健康扶贫工作模式，提高了健康扶贫工作效率，建立了针对健康扶贫大数据平台，为“一户一策”精准帮扶，精准脱贫等提供了有力的数据支持，并形成了“精准定
Abstract:
Objective Through combing the poverty alleviation policy in the field of health, this article summarizes the characteristics of the policy, evaluates the implementation of the policy, actively explores the new model of the health poverty alleviation work in the context of information, studies the rational application of the health poverty alleviation work, excavates the potential information in the health poverty alleviation work, and helps to promote the health poverty alleviation policy in Gansu province.MethodsSpark SQL and Data Frames were used for statistical analysis and spark mllib was used for data mining.ResultsThe poverty alleviation policy on health in Gansu Province had obvious characteristics and advantages. Based on the big data platform of health and poverty alleviation, it had realized the accurate identification of persons suffering from poverty due to illness, dynamically mastered the changes in their health status, realized the preliminary warning of the risk of poverty caused by illness, and established a system of health stress and poverty stress assessment.Conclusion The poverty alleviation policy in the field of health in Gansu Province was scientific and effective. It optimized the model of health poverty alleviation and established a big data platform for health poverty alleviation. It provided strong data support for detailed work implementation, and formed a new working mode, which can be managed in collaboration with "precise location" and "pressure assessment".
