摘要:
目的 了解三级医院突发公共卫生事件应急救援护士救援经历及自我评价情况。方法 对所有有突发公共卫生事件支援经历的在职非急诊护士进行横断面问卷调查。结果 在104份问卷中,自我评价总分为23~35(29.63±3.21)分。曾接受过相关培训、在开展人力资源二级响应模式流程再造后参与应急救援者自我评价得分较高(P<0.05)。结论 使用广播呼叫系统,制定详细的人力资源调配预案及现场工作方案,对院内应急救援护士进行相关培训,能使应急救援工作有序、高效开展。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the experience and self-evaluation of rescue nurses in public health emergencies of the tertiary hospital.MethodsAll on-the-job non-emergency nurses had attended public health emergencies were included for cross-sectional questionnaire survey.ResultsThe score of self-evaluation among 104 nurses was 23 to 35 (29.63±3.21). Nurses who had received relevant training, who attended rescue after process reengineering had higher score (P<0.05).Conclusion Broadcast call system, detailed nursing human resources allocation system and working process are all promotion factors that can make the public health emergency rescue work orderly and efficiently.
