摘要:
目的通过对比2013年与2014年湖南地区某院耳鼻咽喉科DRGs相关指标，评价医疗服务绩效改进情况。方法以BJ-DRGs(2015版)为分组方式，运用病例组合指数(CMI)、DRGs组数、时间效率指数、费用效率指数、低风险病例住院死亡率指标对该院耳鼻咽喉科的出院病例进行分析。结果该院耳鼻咽喉科DRGs组数由2013年的134组下降至2014年的127组,CMI值由2013年的0.93增加至2014年的1.08，时间效率指标由2013年的1.11降低至2014年的1.09，费用效率指标由2013年的3.45下降到2014年的3.43，低风险病例住院死亡率由2013年的0.05%下降至2014年的0。与2013年相比，2014年该院耳鼻咽喉科的医疗绩效水平得到明显改进。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo evaluate medical service performance improvement through comparison of the DRGs-related indicators in Department of Otolaryngology in a Hospital in Hunan between 2013 and 2014.MethodsThe case-mix index (CMI), DRGs group number, time efficiency index, cost efficiency index and hospitalization mortality index of low risk cases were used to analyze hospitalized cases in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology by using the BJ-DRGs (2015 edition) as packet mode. ResultsThe DRGs number decreased form 134 in 2013 to 127 in 2014, the CMI improved from 0.93 in 2013 to 1.08 in 2014, the time efficiency index decreased from 1.11 in 2013 to 1.09 in 2014, the cost efficiency index decreased from 3.45 in 2013 to 3.43 in 2014, and the mortality rate of low-risk group decreased from 0.05% in 2013 to none in 2014. Comparing with in 2013, the medical performance of the Department of Otolaryngology had significantly improved in 2014.
