摘要:
目的 利用DRGs分析和评价结果，促进医院学科建设。方法 选取DRGs组数、CMI、总权重等DRGs指标，利用省级DRGs绩效分析平台和二次分析平台，运用SQL SERVER、Excel等软件获取相关数据，以此分析医院内部学科建设发展情况。结果 利用DRGs指标，从医疗服务能力、医疗服务效率、医疗服务安全、病案首页填写、重点专科评审等角度,全面评价某医院各学科发展的优势与不足，促进各学科不断发展。结论 运用DRGs能够有效评价医院学科建设情况，促进医院学科良性发展。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo promote the construction of hospital discipline by using DRGs analysis and evaluation results.MethodsChoosing DRGs, CMI, and total weight, the provincial DRGs performance analysis platform and reanalysis platform was used to obtain relevant data by using SQL SERVER and Excel software for the analysis of hospital internal discipline construction development.ResultsBy using the DRGs index, and from the aspects of medical service ability, medical service efficiency, medical service security, writing of the front page of medical records, and key specialist appraisal, the advantages and disadvantages of various disciplines in hospital were comprehensive assessed for continuing development.Conclusion The DRGs can effectively evaluate the hospital disciplines construction and promote the benign development of hospital disciplines.
