摘要:
目的构建以柯氏四级评估模型为框架的专科护士培训评价指标体系,为推进专科护士培训工作提供参考。方法基于柯氏四级评估模型,通过文献回顾,参考专科护士培训教材、指南、标准和规范,初步建立专科护士培训评价指标体系框架,结合专家预函询结果,拟订评价指标体系,选取专科护士培训基地负责人、培训师资、参与培训学员进行两轮函询以筛选指标,采用层次分析法和百分法计算各级指标权重。结果形成了包含4项一级指标、17项二级指标、96项三级指标的基于柯氏四级评估模型的专科护士培训评价指标体系。 两轮函询专家积极系数分别为100.0%、92.3%,权威系数分别为0.86、0.87,第二轮函询各级指标Kendall's W系数分别为0.056、0.113、0.112(P<0.05)。一级指标权重从大到小排名依次为行为层 (0.438)、反应层(0.313)、学习层(0.125)、结果层(0.125)。结论构建的专科护士培训评价指标体系具有一定科学性,可为规范、有效开展专科护士培训评价提供依据。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo construct an evaluation index system based on the Kirkpatrick four-level evaluation model to provide reference for improving the training of specialist nurses.MethodsBased on the Kirkpatrick four-level evaluation model, the evaluation index system framework of specialist nurse training was initially established through literature review and reference to the teaching materials, guidelines, standards and norms of specialist nurse training. The evaluation index system was formulated based on the results of expert pre-letter consultation, and the person in charge of specialist nurse training base, training teachers and trainees participating in the training were selected for two rounds of letter consultation to screen indicators. Analytic hierarchy process and percentage method were used to calculate the weights of indicators at all levels.ResultsThe evaluation index system of specialist nurse training based on the Kirkpatrick model had been formed, which included 4 first-level indexes, 17 second-level indexes and 96 third-level indexes. The positive coefficient and authority coefficient of the two rounds of experts consultation were 100.0% and 92.3%, respectively, and the Kendall's W coefficient of all indicators of the second round of consultation were 0.056, 0.113 and 0.112 (P<0.05). The first level index weight ranks from the largest to the smallest as the behavior level (0.438), the reaction level (0.313), the learning level (0.125), and the result level (0.125).Conclusion The evaluation index system of specialized nurse training is scientific and can provide a basis for standardizing and effectively carrying out specialized nurse training.
