目的调查护理专业应届毕业生就业去向,分析其影响因素,为稳定护士队伍后备力量提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法,在全国31个省(自治区、直辖市)设有护理专业的院校选取9 156名护生进行问卷调查。使用R软件对数据进行统计分析。结果6 216名(67.9%)护生选择从事护理专业工作,581名(6.3%)选择从事非护理专业工作,选择非护理专业工作的主要原因是“个人兴趣”(56.5%)。报考护理专业动机以“好就业”为主(36.2%),毕业时对护理职业看法以“职业神圣”为主(26.9%)。性别、生源地、院校类型、毕业学历、院校所在区域、报考护理专业动机以及毕业时对护理职业看法是护生选择非护理专业工作的影响因素。结论护生就业选择以护理专业工作为主,护理人才需求“缺口”与“相对饱和”现象并存。应做好专业科普工作,加大社会宣传力度,增强护生职业认同感,加强规范办学,创新人才培养模式,开展就业指导活动。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the employment destination of nursing graduates and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide reference for stabilizing the reserve force of nurses.Methods9 156 nursing students from 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) were selected by convenient sampling method. The R software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results6 216 (67.9%) nursing students chose to work in nursing profession, 581 (6.3%) chose to work in non-nursing profession, the main reason of which personal interest (56.5%). The main motivation of applying for nursing major was "good employment" (36.2%), and the main view of nursing profession was "sacred" (26.9%). Gender, place of origin, type of institution, graduation degree, region of institution, motivation of applying for nursing major and view of nursing profession upon graduation were the influencing factors for nursing students to choose non-nursing professional jobs.Conclusion The employment choice of nursing students was mainly nursing professional work, and the phenomenon of "gap" and "relative saturation" existed in the demand for nursing talents. It is necessary to do a good job in professional science popularization,social publicity increase, the professional identity of nursing students enhancement, the standardization of school running strengthen, innovate the mode of personnel training innovation, and the development of employment guidance activities.
