摘要:
目的了解临床科室质控组长培训前后岗位能力变化情况,分析培训效果,以提高医院质控质量。方法对72名质控组长,于2016年1月(培训前)和12月(培训后)进行问卷调研。结果培训后,质控组长对质控知识的自评知晓率和考核正确回答率均显著高于培训前(P<0.01 );传授病历书写方法,书写质控科室病历,协助机关管理等能力胜任率显著高于培训前(P<0.01 )。结论通过岗位能力培训,促进了科室质控组长胜任岗位工作,搭建了质控组长交流平台,建立了质控组长培训长效机制,进而不断提升了医疗质量水平。
Abstract:
A total of 72 quality control team leaders were surveyed in January (before training) and in December 2016 (after training).ResultsAfter training, the quality control team leaders' self-evaluation and the correct response rate were significantly higher than those before training (P<0.01). The competency on teaching medical records writing methods, writing quality control medical records, and assisting management were significantly higher than that before training (P<0.01).ConclusionThrough the training of post competency, the work competency of the quality control team leader was promoted, the communication platform for quality control team leaders was established, the long-term mechanism of quality control team leader’s training was established, and the quality of medical treatment was continuously improved.
