目的了解江苏省二、三级医院护理专科门诊开设情况，分析专科护理发展状况。方法于2019年3月-4月采用自行设计问卷对江苏省100所二级、三级医院的100名专科护士展开调查。结果100所医院中有99所开设了不同类别的护理门诊，镇江1所医院尚未开设护理门诊。已开设护理专科门诊类别包括PICC护理门诊、伤口造口护理门诊、糖尿病护理门诊等。43所医院最早开设的是伤口造口护理门诊，20所医院最早开设的是PICC护理门诊，19所医院最早开设的是糖尿病护理门诊。结论护理专科门诊类别丰富，但各专科发展不均衡，不同级别医院护理专科门诊发展状况不同，护理专科门诊仍有较大发展空间。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the status of specialized nursing outpatient service in secondary and tertiary hospitals in Jiangsu province, and to analyze the development of specialized nursing. MethodsFrom March to April 2019, a self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted among 100 specialized nurses from 100 secondary and tertiary hospitals in Jiangsu province. ResultsOf the 100 hospitals, 99 had opened different categories of nursing clinics, and one hospital in Zhenjiang had not yet opened nursing clinic. The category of nursing outpatient service included PICC nursing outpatient service, wound stoma nursing outpatient service, diabetes nursing outpatient service, etc. In 43 hospitals, wound stoma nursing outpatient service was the earliest clinic, while PICC nursing outpatient service was the earliest in 20 hospitals and diabetes nursing outpatient service was the earliest in 19 hospitals.Conclusion There were many types of specialized nursing clinics, but the development of each specialty was not balanced, and the development of nursing clinics in different levels of hospitals was different, so there was still a large space for the development of nursing clinics.
