目的调查分析成都市医养结合机构护士工作满意度现状及影响因素,为稳定医养结合机构护理人员队伍提供参考。方法采用护士工作满意度量表(Mueller/McCloskey Satisfaction Scale,MMSS),选取成都市110所医养结合机构在职护士进行调查。使用SPSS 22.0软件进行统计分析。结果共回收有效问卷519份。成都市医养结合机构护士工作满意度总分为(96.57±14.20)分,其中,“对同事满意”维度得分率最高(72.25%),其次为“工作被赞扬和认可”(70.39%),“福利待遇”维度得分率最低(57.65%)。多元线性回归分析显示,夜班次数(t=-4.104,P<0.001)、机构等级(t=3.222,P=0.001)和工作年限(t=-2.716,P=0.007)是影响医养结合机构护士工作满意度的重要因素。结论成都市卫生相关部门及各医养结合机构管理者应在发挥自身优势的同时,结合影响因素制定多种满意度提升措施,以稳定医养结合机构护理人员队伍,提高养老护理服务质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate and analyze the status quo and influencing factors of the job satisfaction of nurses in the medical and nursing institutions in Chengdu, and to provide reference for stabilizing the nursing staff in the medical and nursing institutions.Methods The Mueller/McCloskey Satisfaction Scale (MMSS) was used to investigate nurses in 110 medical and nursing institutions in Chengdu. The SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis. ResultsA total of 519 valid questionnaires were collected. In Chengdu, the total score of nurses' satisfaction was 96.57±14.20, among which, the score rate of "satisfied with colleagues" was the highest of 72.25%, followed by "praised and recognized" (70.39%), and the score rate of "welfare treatment" was the lowest (57.65%). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the number of night shift (t=-4.104, P<0.001), institution level (t=3.222, P=0.001) and working years (t=-2.716, P=0.007) were the important factors affecting the job satisfaction of nurses in the medical and nursing institutions.Conclusion The health departments and the managers of the medical and nursing institutions in Chengdu should make use of their own advantages. Furthermore, combined with influencing factors, a variety of satisfaction improvement measures were developed to stabilize the nursing staff in the medical and nursing institutions and improve the quality of elderly nursing services.
