摘要:
对规范化培训的新护士实施岗位管理,包括完善垂直管理体系,设置规培护士岗位;纳入分级进阶体系,推行双向选择;改革薪酬分配方案,成立培训专项资金;加强分层岗位培训,实行积分考核等。对实施岗位管理前后完成第一阶段培训的规培护士进行问卷调查,采用Epidata 3.1软件和SPSS 22.0软件进行数据录入和统计分析。岗位管理前后,规培护士临床护理综合能力、工作投入水平、组织公平感、工作满意度、不良事件发生率、参培率等的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以岗位准入、岗位培训、岗位激励为主题,对规范化培训护士实施岗
Abstract:
To implement post management for new nurses with standardized training, including improving the vertical management system and setting up the positions of standardized training nurses; being integrated into the hierarchical advancement system, and promoting two-way job selection; reform of the salary distribution scheme and setting up special funds for training; strengthening stratified post training, and implementing integral assessment, etc. Questionnaire survey was conducted before and after the implementation of post management. Epidata 3.1 software and SPSS 22.0 software were used for data entry and statistical analysis. There were statistically significant differences on comprehensive clinical nursing ability, job involvement level, perceived organizational fairness, job satisfaction, incidence of adverse events, and participation rate before and after post management (P<0.05). With the theme of post access, post training and post incentive, the implementation of post management for standardized training nurses can improve the training effect, increase the degree of engagement in the work of standardized training nurses, consolidate the professional foundation, tap their potential and realize the professional value.
