摘要:: 目的通过梳理智慧医院研究相关文献，识别智慧医院研究方向以及热点主题演变情况，为智慧医院建设提供新思路。方法将以智慧医院为主题的文献作为研究对象，使用大语言模型进行关键词和主题识别，计算主题频率。通过绘制不同年份主题频率的变化曲线，确认演变趋势。结果最终纳入1 828篇文献，文献时间跨度为2010年4月-2024年5月。智慧医院研究涉及10个热点主题，其中：热度上升型主题为质量与安全管理、财务管理与运营分析、患者服务与模式创新、人工智能与机器学习；热度平稳型主题为医疗技术与创新、数据管理与分析、医疗教育与人才培养；热度下降型主题为信息化与系统建设、后勤与供应链管理以及管理与政策法规等。

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo identify the research trends of smart hospitals and the evolution of hot topics by combing the relevant literature of smart hospitals research, so as to provide new idea for the construction of smart hospitals.MethodsTaking the literature with the theme of smart hospitals as the study object, the Large Language Model was used to identify keywords and topics, and the topics frequency was calculated. By drawing the change curve of theme frequency in different years, the evolution trend was confirmed.ResultsA total of 1 828 articles were included, and the time span of the literature was from April 2010 to May 2024. Research on smart hospitals involved 10 hot topics, among which the rising topics included quality and safety management, financial management and operational analysis, patient services and model innovation, as well as artificial intelligence and machine learning. The stable topics were medical technology and innovation, data management and analysis, and medical education and talent cultivation. The declining topics included informatization and system construction, logistics and supply chain management, as well as management and policies and regulations.
