摘要:: 目的研发个体化精准输血管理系统并应用于临床，促进临床合理用血。方法利用信息技术，按照输血指南规范，实现输血前适应征评估和血液输注申请；利用输血理论函数公式，开发精准输血自动计算软件；嵌入输血知识帮助模块。结果开发的个体化精准输血管理系统，可对红细胞、血小板、血红蛋白、血浆、冷沉淀输注量进行自动计算，还可对红细胞、血小板输注后疗效进行评估。系统使用后，输血指征合理性、输血后红细胞和血小板疗效评估率均明显提高，平均每住院人次用血量和平均每台次手术用血量均明显降低。结论个体化精准输血管理系统在合理用血方面有较强

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo develop individualized precision transfusion management system for clinical use in order to promote the rational use of blood.MethodsThe information system was used to evaluate the indications and apply for blood transfusion according to the criteria of blood transfusion guidelines. Furthermore, based on the theoretical function of blood transfusion, an automatic calculation software for individualized precision blood transfusion was developed which was also embedded in the blood transfusion knowledge assistance module.ResultsThe developed individualized precision blood transfusion management software can automatically calculate the transfusion volume of red blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin, plasma and cryoprecipitate, and also evaluate the curative effect of red blood cells and platelets after transfusion. After the implementation of this project, the rationality of blood transfusion indications and the evaluation rate of RBC and platelet efficacy after transfusion were significantly improved, while the average blood consumption per inpatient and the average blood consumption per operation were significantly reduced. Conclusion The newly developed individualized precise blood transfusion management software has a strong potential application value in the rational use of blood, and it is worth further study and verification.
