摘要:
以输血全流程为督导路径，制作输血质控查检表，包括配血标本采集、送检标本、取血、输血操作、相关知识等。自2017年1月开始在消化内科使用，使安全输血合格率、输血护理记录合格率、输血相关知识知晓率、输血护理缺陷发生例数等均较使用前有明显改善。
Abstract:
The whole process of blood transfusion was used as the supervision route, and the blood transfusion quality control checklist was made, including the blood match samples, delivery samples, blood collection, blood transfusion operation and related knowledge. Since used in the Digestive Department from January 2017, improvement had been made on safety blood transfusion qualified rate, blood transfusion nursing record qualified rate, awareness of blood transfusion related knowledge, and the number of defects occurrence in blood transfusion nursing.
