通过实施高龄、高危会诊及高危手术强化沟通程序，申请会诊数量总体呈上升趋势，由2010年的228例提升至2016年的1 978例，申请高危手术强化沟通程序的病例由2014年的3例上升至2016年的225例，无一例医疗纠纷，患者满意度由2010年的85.3%上升至2016年的98.5%。双高会诊及高危手术强化沟通程序能够保证医疗安全，加强医患沟通，提高患者满意度。

Through the implementation of strengthening communication in double-high consultation and high-risk surgery age, the total number of applications for consultations had been on an upward trend from 228 cases in 2010 to 1 978 cases in 2016. The application of strengthening communication procedure in high-risk surgery had increased from 3 in 2014 to 225 cases in 2016, with no medical dispute. Patient satisfaction increased from 85.3% in 2010 to 98.5% in 2016. The implementation of strengthening communication procedure in double-high consultation and high-risk surgery can ensure medical safety, strengthen communication, and improve patient satisfaction.
