目的探讨急诊床边血液滤过存在的风险及质量控制方法。方法制定护士岗位要求及考核方法，对急诊床边血液滤过的风险因素进行分析，从进行有效沟通，提升血液净化护士专业核心能力，建立医护一体化合作模式，强化专科健康教育等方面进行改进。结果与2012年-2013年比较，实施质量控制后，行急诊床边血液滤过的246例患者在治疗过程中凝血发生率显著下降，患者满意度显著提升。结论对急诊床边血液滤过患者实施风险防范与质量控制，可有效避免不良事件发生，提高护理质量。

ObjectiveTo explore the risk and quality control methods of bedside hemofiltration in Emergency Department.MethodThrough the development of nurses' job requirements and assessment methods, the risk factors were analyzed. Improvements were made from the aspects of effective communication, enhancing the core competence of nurses on blood purification, establishing the cooperation mode of health care and strengthening the health education of specialties, etc.ResultCompared with the patients in 2012-2013, 246 patients using bedside hemofiltration had significantly lower incidence of coagulopathy after the application of quality control, and the patients' satisfaction was significantly improved.ConclusionRisk prevention and quality control on bedside hemofiltration in Emergency Departmentcan can effectively prevent the occurrence of adverse events and improve nursing quality.
