摘要:
应用SBAR标准化沟通模式，从设计患儿交接单、落实护理人员培训、规范患儿交接流程等方面，对患儿由产科转入新生儿科交接环节进行改善，使患儿交接缺陷率由47.89%降低到18.67%。使用SBAR标准化沟通模式，规范了护理交接流程，降低了患儿交接缺陷率，保护了患儿安全，提高了护理人员综合能力。
Abstract:
According to the SBAR standardized communication mode, the process for patients transferred from Obstetric Department to Department of Neonatology was improved from aspects of design of delivery receipt, implementation of training of nursing staff, and standard of patients transfer, which made the handover defect rate decreased from 47.89% to 18.67%. The SBAR standardized communication mode can standardize nursing handover procedures, reduce the handover defect rate, protect patient safety, and improve the comprehensive capability of nursing staff.
