摘要:
目的探讨门诊信息化的优势与劣势、机会与威胁,并制订策略,以提升医院门诊服务水平。方法应用SWOT矩阵分析门诊信息化后的优势、劣势、机会、威胁,据此制订相应的策略并实施,同时对比了实施前后患者满意度、就诊时间、预约率、年就诊人次、新增使用“智慧医院”用户数。结果实施后,患者满意度比实施前显著提高,就诊时间明显缩短,其差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);预约就诊率、年就诊人次、年新增“智慧医院”用户数均有明显提高。结论发挥信息技术优势,可提高门诊医疗服务效率及服务水平。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of outpatient informatization, and to formulate strategies to improve the service level of outpatient in hospitals.MethodsSWOT matrix was used to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of outpatient informatization, and corresponding strategies were formulated and implemented accordingly. Furthermore, patient satisfaction, visiting time, appointment rate, annual visiting times, and the number of new users of "wisdom hospital" were compared before and after the implementation of the strategy.ResultsAfter the implementation of the strategy, the patients' satisfaction was significantly improved and the time of visiting was significantly shortened compared with that before the implementation of the strategy, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05).The appointment rate, the annual number of patients, and the number of new users of "wisdom hospital" all increased significantly.Conclusion Taking advantage of imformation technology can improve the efficiency and service level of outpatient service.
