摘要:
互联网医院可实现医药分离，使医疗资源突破地域限制，在一定程度上缓解了“看病难、看病贵”问题。在明确互联网医院概念的基础上，以乌镇互联网医院为例，解读其运营模式，分析其面临的法律问题，并提出了规范医师管理、多措并举保护患者隐私安全、医院政府共促药品安全、厘清并防范各方法律责任、完善医疗保险制度等意见和建议。
Abstract:
he emergence of Internet hospital achieves the separating medicine from hospital and breaks the geographical restrictions of medical resources. To a certain extent, it solves the problem of the difficult and expensive to see a doctor. On the basis of defining the concept of Internet hospital, the study selected the most influential WuZhen Internet Hospital as an example, interpreted the operating mode, and analyzed the legal issues. Furthermore, several solutions were put forward, which included standardized doctor's management,some measures for information security and privacy preserving, hospital and government taking measures for drug safety,clarifying and preventing legal liability of each party,and improving medical insurance system.
