摘要:
目的构建并应用住院患者医技检查运送服务一体化闭环管理模式。 方法组建团队并实施“1+2+N”工作机制,依托信息技术,联动护士工作站、医技预约平台与中央运输信息平台,实现数据共享,重构管理流程,构建从“检查预约→检查准备→前往检查科室→检查→返回病房”的一体化闭环管理模式。 结果运送住院患者量从2.9万人次增加至3.5万人次,检查运送服务满意度由(96.95±0.48)分提升至(98.69±0.17)分,超声检查等待时间由人均(139.33±28.99) min缩短至(55.50±22.55) min,放射检查等待时间由人均(84.33±13.16) min缩短至(30.00±8.90) min。 结论运送服务一体化闭环管理模式能够有效提高运送效率,缩短患者医技检查等待时间,提升患者满意度。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo construct and apply the integrated closed-loop management mode of inpatient medical examination transportation service.MethodsThe team was formed and the "1 + 2 + N" working mechanism was implemented. Relying on information technology, the nurse workstation, medical examination reservation platform and central transportation information platform were linked to realize data sharing, reconstruct management process, and construct an integrated closed-loop management mode from "examination appointment →examination preparation → going to the examination department →examination→ returning to the ward". ResultsThe number of hospitalized patients transported increased from 29 000 person times to 35 000 person times, and the satisfaction of examination transportation service increased from (96.95±0.48) to (98.69±0.17). The per patient waiting time for ultrasound examination was shortened from (139.33±28.99) min to (55.50±22.55) min, and the per patient waiting time for radiological examination was shortened from ( 84.33 ± 13.16 ) min to (30.00±8.90) min. Conclusion The integrated closed-loop management mode of transporation service can effectively improve the transporation efficiency, shorten the waiting time of patient,elevate patient satisfaction.
