摘要:
目的应用德尔菲法与优序图法建立医院科研绩效考核指标体系。方法通过文献复习法及焦点小组讨论法确定初始指标供专家筛选，通过德尔菲专家咨询确定考核指标，应用优序图法确定各指标权重，建立考核指标体系。结果建立了一套包含一级指标5个、二级指标12个的科研绩效指标体系。结论研究建立了一套科研绩效考核的评价指标体系，实际应用中，以本指标体系及权重为基础，医院可根据实际发展情况确定科技绩效考核目标及具体的考核条目，促进医院科技工作开展。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo establish the hospital scientific research performance appraisal index system by Delphi method and sequence diagram method.MethodsInitial indicators were determined by literature review method and focus group discussion method for expert screening, assessment indicators were determined by Delphi expert consultation, the weight of each indicator was determined by using the sequence diagram method, and the assessment indicator system was established.ResultsA set of scientific research performance index system including 5 first-level indicators and 12 second-level indicators had been established.Conclusion A set of evaluation index system of scientific research performance assessment was established. In practical application, based on the index system and weight, the hospital can determine the scientific and technological performance assessment objectives and specific assessment items according to the actual development situation, so as to promote the development of hospital scientific and technological work.
