摘要:
目的构建适合边疆地区的临床医师能力评价体系。方法采用文献法和经验法确定评价体系指标初稿,编制专家函询表,利用德尔菲法向20位专家进行两轮函询,确定一级指标和二级指标,并利用层次分析法确定指标权重。运用Excel 2010表格导入数据,SPSS 22.0软件进行统计分析。结果成功构建临床医师能力评价体系,包含3个一级指标,内科13个、外科15个二级指标。2016年-2019年对268名内、外科医师应用评价体系考核,80分以上医师占75.37%。结论所建评价体系具有较强的科学性和适用性,为各层次医师的甄选、培养、绩效考核等提供了科学且量化的依据。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo construct the clinician competence evaluation system suitable for frontier area.MethodsThe index database of the evaluation system was determined by the literature method and the empirical method. The expert letter form was developed, and the Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of letter consultation among 20 experts. The first-level and the second-level index were determined, and the index weight was determined by the analytic hierarchy process. The Excel 2010 was used to import data and the SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.ResultsThe evaluation system of clinician competence was successfully constructed, including 3 first-level indexes, 13 second-level indexes for internal medicine and 15 for surgery department. From 2016 to 2019, 268 physicians and surgeons were assessed by the evaluation system, and 75.37% of them scored over 80.Conclusion The evaluation system was scientific and applicable, which provided a scientific and quantitative basis for the selection, training and performance evaluation of doctors at all levels.
