摘要:: 目的将加速康复外科（ERAS）应用于儿童日间手术围术期管理，探讨其安全性及临床价值。方法组建ERAS团队，在患儿日间手术围术期制定并实施加速康复方案。结果与对照组相比，ERAS组术前禁饮时间更短，术后早期下床活动率更高，术后饮食恢复速度更快，患儿家属满意度也更高。结论将加速康复外科理念融入小儿外科日间手术患儿围术期管理安全可行，患儿诊疗体验更好，术后恢复更快，充分体现了加速康复外科理念下的儿童日间手术模式的优势。

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo explore the safety and clinical effect of perioperative management of pediatric ambulatory surgery combined with the concept of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS).MethodsAn ERAS team was established to formulate and implement a rapid rehabilitation program during perioperative ambulatory surgery.ResultsCompared with the control group, ERAS group had shorter duration of preoperative abstinence, higher rate of early postoperative ambulation, faster postoperative diet recovery, and higher family satisfaction. Conclusion It is safe and feasible to integrate the concept of ERAS into the perioperative management of children undergoing ambulatory surgery, with better diagnosis and treatment experience and faster postoperative recovery, which fully reflects the advantages of the mode of pediatric ambulatory surgery under the concept of ERAS.
